Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 72-96 hours. In case of any delay, the same will
be communicated to customers.
PAN India shipping: We're thrilled to offer shipping services across India, ensuring that Namson reaches you no matter where you are.
Shipping charges: For the convenience of our customers, we maintain a flat shipping rate of INR 99 for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Free delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders totaling INR 1599 or more. It's our way of showing appreciation for your continued support.

Replacement & refund
If the jewellery is damaged while reaching you, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at reach.namson@gmail.com, and share an image of the jewellery clearly showing the damage - our team will connect with you to process the replacement.
In case the charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 70 will be
borne by the customer.
We do not offer refunds, in the event of the replacement not going through, we would offer the customer store credit that remains valid for a year from the date of issue.
